Not gonna lie, I was happy with the quality overall. The stuff feels nice and seems well made.

I ordered a couple of makeup items from kimchichicbeauty.com, and overall they were nice. The packaging was really cute, and the shades looked around the same as they did in the photos, which I appreciated.

For the price, though, I was expecting either a bit more product or better wear time. It’s not bad by any means, just feels about average value to me. I’d probably order again if there was a sale.

I really liked the color, but the texture wasn’t my favorite. It felt a little thick going on and got patchy in spots, so I had to spend more time blending than I expected. It did wear fine once I got it to look decent, but the whole experience felt a bit annoying. Also, I’m not totally clear on who actually owns or stands behind this brand/product, which doesn’t help when I’m deciding if I want to buy it again. Not awful, just probably not something I’d repurchase.

I picked up a few things from KimChi Chic Beauty, and wow, the color is seriously strong. At first I was like, okay let’s see if this actually shows up, because I get annoyed when I have to keep packing product on. But then I tried it and got excited because the shades showed up bright right away and looked just like they did in the pan. Such a relief. They wore well too, so I ended up being really happy with everything.

I was disappointed with this. The pigment looked like it would be nice, but once I actually used it, the color payoff was really weak and barely showed up. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because, i don’t trust that they’d be much help with something like this.

The box showed up crushed, which I wasn’t thrilled about since I usually expect packaging to hold up better. Luckily, everything inside was fine, so no real damage done, but the outer packaging definitely could’ve been handled better.

I liked the overall feel of the site. Clean, easy enough to browse. But then I started checking a few makeup products and the ingredient info wasn’t always there. Or at least not easy to find. That threw me off a little. I really want to see the full list before buying anything for my face. Just feels like it could be more upfront.

I wanted to like this because the product itself seems nice, but the fragrance was just too strong for me. I’ve started noticing a pattern that whenever skincare has a heavy scent, my skin feels a little off or weird afterward, and that happened here too. Probably fine for people who don’t mind fragrance, but it wasn’t a great match for me...

The return was easy, easy, and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle. My refund came through quick too, really quick. Happy with the whole process.

I got everything I ordered, and the shades were correct too. I’ll admit, I was kind of expecting at least one thing to be off like usual with online orders, but nope, no issues at all.

Okay, I don’t know what lighting they used for those pictures, but the color I got looked completely different. Like, not just a tiny bit off, way off. I was expecting the shade shown online, and this was a whole other color. Disappointing.

My order showed up fast and there were no issues at all, so I can’t blame the delivery folks for anything this time.

I tried using a discount code at checkout, but it wouldn’t apply, so I ended up paying full price. Kind of disappointing, especially since other stores I’ve ordered from usually make promo codes straightforward and reliable. The deal was basically useless for me

I really like how this applicator works. It goes on easy, the tip feels soft, and it doesn’t make a mess. I’ve used some that feel scratchy, leak too much, smear everywhere, or leave too much product in one spot, but this one was simple and clean. It’s nice for quick touch-ups, getting into small areas, or just applying without feeling like you need to fix it afterward

I ordered from kimchichicbeauty.com and felt like the prices were fair overall. Nothing really made me stop and think it was too much, at least for the stuff I was looking at.
A couple of things were cheaper than I expected, and some were basically the same as what I’ve seen on other beauty sites. Shipping was fine too, not amazing or anything, but it wasn’t that thing where it suddenly makes the whole order feel not worth it.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish there were more discounts or maybe better deals here and there. Still, I didn’t feel ripped off, and I’d probably order again if I needed something

I really like the colors and the packaging is so cute, like it def makes you wanna use it. The lip product looked really nice when I first put it on too, so no complaints there at first.
But after a couple hours it started fading on me, which was kinda meh. Not terrible or anything, I just had to reapply more than I thought I would. I’d maybe grab it again on sale, but prob not if I need something to last all day.

The products themselves were fine, no real complaints there. I just didn’t realize the shipping was going to be that much until later, and it kind of threw me off. Maybe there was a reason for it, I’m not sure, but it makes me hesitate to order again.

I was actually able to find my shade easily, which doesn’t always happen for me. The range is nice overall, though a few of the undertones feel like they could be a little better or more... not sure, just more balanced maybe. But overall I’m happy with it...
